Q: What is your job and what does your typical day involve?

A: My job is primarly providing support across all of our clients. Typically a day will consist of completing ticket requests form Visa, Or speaking to a client helping to resolve whatever the issue may be.

Q: How did you decide that you wanted to be a part of your industry?

A: Ever since school i was into computing, as i started GCSE's I did a software development course which later lead me to studying web development at college.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your industry?

A: The freedom of how each developer can write code to achieve the same result.

Q: Since starting your job, what's your greatest achievement?

A: The work a colleague and I have done for our Client Pittards. He and I have managed and worked on this project for the past 6 months and I am proud to have worked on it.

Q: Where were you born, and what made you come to Bournemouth?

A: I was born in Bournemouth and i stay here because I love the coast.

Q: What do you remember about your first day at your job?

A: I spent the day shadowing a colleague to learn how the agency worked.

Q: When you were a child, what did you want to be?

A: A Dog Handler

Q: When was the last time you learnt something new?

A: This morning.

Q: What was your first job?

A: I created a mini business when I was 9/10 washing the cars in my neighbourhood.

Q: How are your company's Christmas parties?

A: I've only attended one, It was a formal dinner party on a lovely estate.

Q: What was the best advice somebody gave you?

A: Don't pray for an easy life. Pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.

Q: What would you name the autobiography of your life?

A: You're an engineer, you'll figure it out.
